Active Life Physiotherapy Centre deals with all major insurance providers apart from Vitality and Nuffield Health. Please ensure you have checked the details of your policy, and feel free to contact us to confirm whether we work with your insurer.
Any excess or shortfall on your policy will remain the responsibility of the patient. We will ask for your membership number and any required authorisation before your first appointment.
If you do not have health insurance, or your insurer is not included on our recognised list, you are very welcome to attend on a self-pay basis. Self-funding patients are kindly asked to settle their fee at each visit (card payments only).
